For those that ordered the seat backs from paddleshifterz, was there any import tax? They've got the best price by far, but maybe not so much if there's a hefty import tax. Thanks!

Did you check the shipping prices on that? Cheapest option I see (for decent speed) is $75.

For another $75 I'd just order from getBMWparts (if you want the matte one)

I got mine from getBMWParts, shipping was free.

Yeah, with DHL international economy, it's looking like $1372 shipped. getBMWparts is $1433 shipped and BMWparts is $1448. Decent savings overall IF there isn't any import tax, which I doubt considering the price.

I've ordered quite a few things from overseas. I haven't paid with paddle, but, I ordered my MP HAS from Baum, and I paid, like $50 $1,200 value. From paddle, I ordered the 50 Jahre emblems.

I paid again with Schmeidmann when I ordered my OEM carbon mirror caps through them, I think they were like $550 each. So, I don't know how avoid it. It's a certain price, weight, or box size that triggers it.

Yeah exactly. I've ordered stuff from AutoID and R44 before and never been taxed, but none of those orders were over $500 ish.

How are they holding up? Are these kid friendly? They don't mean to kick and know better, but we're all tall and they're in booster seats. My oem setbacks have scuffs.
