Production Begins to Dealer Time

Hello, does anyone know average time from when a vehicle moves from production begins to being at the dealer? I have a 2024 Mint Green M4 Comp xDrive that just moved to "production begins" on 11/3/23. Thank you much

There's no consistently "average" time. The average is statistically irrelevant. It can be anything from a month to 3 or more, depending on how long you sit at the port and how long the port journey is, then how long it sits at the VPC, etc.

Moving to 150 on 11/3 means you probably have a build date towards the end of next week, which means you should hit the port by the end of the month, I'd say January (some time, not beginning or end) is a safe bet to assume when you can take delivery.

It could be earlier, it could be later.

Mine went into production on 10/24. It's now been sitting at the port for 2 days. It moves quick.

Sitting at the port is where things do NOT always move quick.
