Apple AirTag
Where have you found to be the best place to hide an Apple AirTag in a M car where the signal will be the strongest and will be the most difficult to find?

I probably wouldn’t post it public. Just find best place what works for you.
This would be a good place for someone to see where people are putting AirTags so when they want to steal the car, they know exactly where to look. |

Find 2 locations and put two in. Most people would assume they're "good" once they've found one.

I put three airtags without speakers in the car. One easy to find. Lots of youtube videos on how to remove speaker - just be careful on prying out inner cover as there are small capacitors around the edge. I broke a few bug tags still work.
These tags are just a stop gap as Apple will notify the theif that they are being tracked. My car also has a tracker required by the insurance company but these seem to get disabled quickly. |

Personally, if my car is stolen, I 100% do NOT want it back. Ever. Had a car stolen before and got it back beat to hell and destroyed. Had to deal with that (I was young, only had liability insurance, car wasn't worth much). If it's gone, I don't ever want to see it again. |

Same. I have insurance and don’t need the car back. It would be a headache trying to get insurance to fix all the items known broken or may break because of misuse bud the thief in the future.
