Just moved to Body Assembly Begins! Its going to happen too quickly. On the other hand if another ship with luxury German cars sinks my car will be on it and I will end up with a 25MY in 8 months.

Dropping the sartorial metaphors. Its entering the assembly line. One day closer to writing the big check. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking I am crazy to be buying this. Skipping the European vacation this year should cover the immediate depreciation. Still, it will be a pisser.

Crikey - moved 6 steps in about 30 hours. The Germans are not slackers. I really want it to get stuck in the port for a few weeks. Its too soon. We were in a taxi on the way to the hospital my wife said "I dont want this baby, its too soon, I just want it to be us." Reliving the moment.

It should show up as in transit a few days after the ship departs, so you may have made that ship.

While the wait to for the build to actually begin seemed to take forever, the process certainly flies after that. My car has already been released from the factory and is on its way to the port.

What is the absolute soonest it could be here? It will be 2 days earlier than that and then there will be a blizzard. I guess I better clean out the garage. I cant wait, really. For spring.
