Any links/clips for the remus sport axelback yet? My goal is to get a deeper "burbly" tone mid range with a lil sprinkle of "raspy" up top. I already have the valvetronics midpipe installed and figured the remus sport would give me the sound im after…..however, now im wondering if there will be any difference in interior sound with remus sport vs OEM…..or is it better to just get the remus race?…..but then what if the remus race is just OD loud ….i went through this with my 2016 mustang gt and promised myself, NEVER AGAIN……yet here i am.

I have had the Remus race and vt midpipe combo for a while now. I too was hoping for low rumble mid range and racy rasp up top. This is my first Remus system so I might be a bit off. But the race is loud lower down. So much that last night, i drove a bit close to a neighbours car parked on the street and it sounded their alarm. This is the second time something like this has happened. But bear in mind, the streets in uk are quite narrow.

At higher throttle, it’s not that exciting because I think it’s so loud in midrange that I would expect it to sound proportionally loud as I put my foot down.

There is a lot of booming at lower revs as well and in 7th gear at around 60-70mph. But once you shift up, it’s almost gone.

I still think for the price, it’s a great system. I am just someone who wants a quiet or very loud exhaust at the touch of a button much like the mppsk was on the b58. Maybe the race box would sound a bit different.

Wow!!! That’s pretty thunderest loud to set off your neighbor‘s car alarm. Maybe the Shmee video was very accurate. Hella loud.

Yea i also dont wanna spend the money on a remus sport and then realize that its not much louder/different than having just the vt midpipe with oem muffler.

I recommend doing the upgrade step by step, starting with the REMUS axle-back, and if you want more sound, you can add the midpipe later.

I already have the vt midpipe …..my delemma is choosing between Remus sport or race….most videos ive seen are only of the race version.

We just had a backordered M8 system ship today which may be an indication some Remus product has hit the US, but no confirmations about the G8x systems arriving yet. Should hear shortly.

I've been waiting on this exhaust since Oct when I first made payment. It's been bumped 4 times since then. I only know 3 people that have this exhaust, Shmee, Motech, and 1 forum member. The new date is now 2/28. I'm not holding my breath for it. Remus needs to get their act straight.

Boat has been on the water since 12/21, lots of shipments delayed at port.

The only REMUS that made it as scheduled this week was the VW Golf R systems.

Still waiting on the rest
