Still haven't seen a G82 in FG. Its a unicorn. I knew I should have just bit the billet and ordered it. I had to stop the bleeding at $108k.
Fashion is such a great color. I probably would've optioned it over Chalk had it been available without going PTS.
Oh, no question. It was the $4,500 when I was already not willing to take anything else off my build. And then you look at trade in value for my car, and about $6,000 for the almost $30k in options. Options aren't worth it. They're just for my own pleasure. KBB says the carbon ceramics are worth $106.00 over m compound. Disgusting.
Wow! Talk about no return on investment. That is crazy!

He at least saves 40 minutes every time he washes his car because he doesn't have to deal with all the brake dust from the standard ones.

If he washes the car a fair amount, that's a lot of time saved!

Or use Iron-Off (…..or the equivalent product). Problem solved!

I've tried a few things and it seems like no matter what, the only thing that truly gets the wheels clean is to get in there and scrub every nook and cranny of these 826Ms.

~$120K build without lasers is just dumb.

It works great on my gloss black Carrera S wheels. I do very little work to get the remaining dirt/grime off. Ninety percent of it comes off with the high pressure rinse once the Iron-Off does its thing for five minutes.

You know, I don't disagree. And I love the blue color pops of the laserlights. But this car at Schomp looked better not having the blue. Not as functional at night, certainly. But just from a looks standpoint, this car was awesome (aside from the ridiculous cat whiskers, I cannot believe anyone lets those little pieces get stuck on the body).

Beautiful car color and interior but adding the whiskers is tacky. They should be 🪒 off. No Lasers is a pity.

Well done.

I'll throw $50 towards removing the canards and sacrificially setting them on fire.

I had two 992 911 S in chalk. Wonderful color and easy to maintain. But then Porsche started putting it on every Macan on the road. Bastards!

It looks good on the M4 though!

Hey Grande W0rmy, have you ever noticed that Chalk looks a little different on the Macans and Cayennes than it does on the 992?!……or is it just my eyes?!?

Yes! Yes I did! My 911's chalk was in fact much lighter than macan chalk! I thought the same thing as you. Hahaha. Guess we're not crazy.
