Green with a brown interior is more of the "classy" sport in my mind. I guess one could say it is a bit more on the old man side of things but I think it would still be a great combo. It definitely won't spark any looks like the KO interior would.

I'm going with SPY and Yas to match the aggressive styling of the G80 so what do I know?!

Picked it up yesterday. Picture quality not great, but the IOMG is really an incredible color. Glad I went with the non carbon roof, only because I think it would be too much black.
do you have a side profile picture with the door shut would like to see the wheels with the paint color better

thanks

I had this idea as well, my wife said it would look like a tree.
Never thought of that

I enjoyed the "old man" comment- I'm 71 so certainly qualify as old but I changed from the Orange after seeing Tartufo IRL in a new M5- much lighter and fresher than the pic above and more elegant than the orange IMO. And just as happy to be ordering as PCD at 71.

Exactly right Scorpion. This will be my 6th BMW and my 4th M car (had a 1M and an M2 and still have an 06 M5 V10 (for sale). All quite different but all fun members of the same family. Enjoyed my two non-M cars (325 and 135) just as much.

Very true- feel fortunate to have experienced the 1M- difficult choice to go to the M2 but had no regrets as it was also great fun & I wanted to try DCT. Then discovered the M5 (had only 52K miles at 12 years old & well kept) which turned out to be more fun than any of them. At least this time I got to test drive the M3 in advance (no M2 was available in 2016) and it was so impressive I started looking for a deal. Had no expectation that the car would go into production within a week but glad to see it!

My M3 just jumped from Paint booth to Quality check- once it hits the line things speed up. Now I hope it won't get stuck in quality check like a couple of folks have noted.

May be the first IOMG with Tartufo full leather

I finally figured out why I'm so drawn to IoMG. Not only do I love the shade of it, but it reminds in some lighting to a very light Laguna Green paint they offered in the 90s.

An E31 in this color is one of the BMW's that got me into cars when I was growing up:
