My status just changed on the website finally. Scheduled for Production. Hopefully that means week 40 (as per the genius).

Yes. I just spoke to the genius after moving to 112 and my schedule still shows week 40 production. He showed no stop sales or anticipated delays. He also confirmed that the schedule weeks do represent the completion week for the vehicle.

in my screenshot the model is different. Mine is an M3comp.xdrive code 41AY, yours is M3CX. Does anyone knows why? Maybe because yours is RHD?

But, both production and expected delivery are the same. No VIN/chassis number also for me.

Yep in the UK it's labelled slightly different, I'm not sure why the internal system shows M3CX but the UK code is 42AY instead of 41AY (due to it being right hand drive instead of left hand drive)

it would be funny if our cars would go into the final assembly line one after the other. We have just to check the VIN. As When I had the VIN of my M140i, I checked with the decoder the numbers just before and after mine one, and all of them where M140s produced the same day.

Mine just shifted to "Production Scheduled" today as well. I wonder if it was a mass system update for Week 40 cars?

I have Oxide Grey, which is not a fully individual option but its a extra cost option - if that helps?

My allocation was for week 40 initially, i chose dravit grey which pushed me to week 41 according to my dealer. I called genius the other day and was told I'm week 40. I'm still at status 111, just wondering if individual color has to do with what week 40 cars are being pushed to 112 status.

My SA was supposed to update me today but he didn't call, didn't answer my call and didn't call back so I guess no good news for me. At some point I have to start thinking about alternatives and look for pre-built cars and not necessarily BMW :

Do you have an allocation with a production number? If so, just call the genius line and ask them. They have the same information that the dealer has. You can find out about your car in two minutes.

Edit: Wait I just saw you were in Poland. I have no idea if you guys use the same systems.

There's no such thing in Poland unfortunately. I tried customer service hotline but they sent me back to my dealer.

Anyone know the genius number? I'm asu into checking online and calling is the best updates? Wouldn't your SA be doing the same?

I mean yes, your service advisor can do the same, but I've bothered him enough while "patiently" waiting for an allocation. A two minute call to the genius and you get all your questions answered. My SA is great, but he has days off, sees other clients, has meetings, etc. The genius is always there on-demand. The number is 844-4genius.

I also got moved to "scheduled for production". I was so happy when i saw that this morning. And yes i check about 3-4 times a day lol.

Quick question to anyone, does that mean we're being moved to an earlier build week? So instead of originally being told week 40, maybe it's week 39 or week 38 now?

Or will it be stuck in scheduled for production until literally week 40? lol

Yup, Silverstone would be my second choice. I had Silverstone on my f10 M5 and it was one of my favorite colors. I had Golden Brown on two out of the 3 f82 m4s I had and it was my favorite. I think I will like the Orange just as much as the Golden Brown....but Silverstone is awesome!

So I called.. genius told me it's currently in production and scheduled to complete 9/26.
So what happens after that if this is accurate?
Does the car stay there until it can get on a port?
Will I have the car first week of November if what she says is true and there aren't any hiccups?[IMG][/IMG]

I was ‘set’ on Tartufo until the last minute. Kudos on Golden Brown, a great Individual leather color. The TB/SS combination harkens back to my first couple BMWs, including an E36 M3 in Avus Blue over Silver Grey. Key difference now is I have the products and know how to keep light-colored leathers clean.
