Congrats. A few years ago, we bought a set of Shun Kaji (proprietary to Williams & Sonoma) kitchen and steak knives. They are amazingly well balanced and weighted, with folded steel in the blade, and the handle feels really good in the hand. We always get people asking us about the steak knives.

I can say that spending this kind of money on kitchen knives is worth it in the long term, especially if you take care of them.

Here is the product link to the set we got:

Shun Kaji

Those knives from New West KnifeWorks look amazing, and I like the colored handles! I'm sure you kept all the packaging in order for when you send them back to the factory for sharpening.

Let's not take over this thread too with the cmyshoei show.

I don't own them but I just like how this particular series looks. That light wood grained handle and the blade.

M_Six IIRC I recommended a particular pressure washer that was on sale at Costco last Summer. Not sure if you ever ended up with one though. The Husqvarna electric one. I think I had mentioned getting it as well as a bunch of car wash accessories including a foam cannon like the one being discussed here.

Yeah the nozzles all look alike with different colors to indicate the type or purpose of the nozzle. Some are meant for washing cars while others are meant to clean the driveway, etc. There are a ton of cheap foam cannons you can buy and the one I have works pretty well with that pressure washer. In fact, I had wished I bought it much earlier. I learned a trick from a YouTube video, some detailer guy that recommended a smaller orifice for the cannon that helped increase the foam. Works really well.

I did buy that one and I've been looking for the old thread where you recommended a different hose for the gun. You were right, the hose that comes with that pressure washer is lousy. Mine developed a nasty kink right away. Do you have a link to the replacement hose you bought? Other than the gun hose, I love the pressure washer.

I found the posts after digging through this place. Here you go. The hose I used to replaced the crappy OEM one is an UBERFLEX Kink Resistant Pressure Washer Hose 1/4" x 25' 3,100 PSI with (2) 22MM (as seen in the photo inside the linked post. I found that even this one tends to kink sometimes but not nearly as bad as the cheap original one that came with the PW. I explained in that post you'll need an adapter to go along with it as well. That was in the other post, also linked below.

Many thanks. I rifled through 60 or 70 pages looking for the post. Why doesn't Search work for OT threads?

EDIT: Costco has the PW for $159 currently.

Yes. It's mostly just three lens now that stick out but I've hated it ever since.

Rumors have the 14 with even bigger camera bulges.

Yes, without the proper case it will always rest on the camera. We bought nice clear cases that have raised corners on the front and back to protect both sides and from drops plus the camera is never touching the surface.

See and that's where it fucks me. I don't do cases on my phones.

Except the mini13. I have one of those barely there cases. It was getting confusing from a distance from other phones and it's so frickin' tiny. Otherwise that one would be naked too.
