My good friend installed the oem carbon mirror caps on my Bmw M3 Xdrive 2022. Here is the installation video. If you have any questions please reply to the video.

You don't need to remove the mirror. Just tilt the mirrors all the way down and all way outwards and work the clips with a flathead.

Yeah we only had a g20 video as guidance but yeah thats possible too. Mirror was the easiest part tho.

Actually the easiest thing to do is not remove the mirror. It's also the safest since it's super likely to break.

Just risky. I just did this using the "don't break your mirror" method and it was faster. I don't think I would even tackle this myself if I had to remove the mirrors. I know I'd break them. Lol

Im messing you with. I hear what you saying. But really it took less than 8-10 seconds to remove it and we were 2-3 old fashions in.

Orange and walnut, if not that mirror breaks. Not recommend.
