I still cant fathom how anyone in their right mind could use the word "aggressive" as an adjective to describe this front end. It looks rounded, soft, no hard or sharp lines, no big air inlets and the big defining feature is arguable ugly. The entire front as a whole looks more like staring at the bottom of a kitchen mixing bowl than an aggressive ~500hp automobile.
Maybe its the camo and lighting still but im not holding onto any hopes here ... Also all these stupid little black plastic trim additions look cheap and scream they were designed by a "wanna be fan boy". And that hood, HA! To knowingly delete what was one of the best design aspects of a car and do this? ... I echo everyone else's laughs about stealing it from a Dodge Charger.

I can’t fairly judge either cars look, the coloring is way to distracting. Good job there BMW if that’s the objective. It’s even more effective than the swirls. I’m pretty sure the GT3 car looks badass but not even Clint Eastwood can channel it with happy clown makeup.

Love it! The overall design stands out from the crowd and can be clearly identified as an M. I can hardly wait to see and later own the M3!

The comments on their Instagram post are even worse than here. As a BMW fan, it’s immensely frustrating. As this car is natural progression for me, and it WILL drive anazing im sure of that.

We need a “leak” of a standard colored M4 quickly to counter this PR mistake...hint.

The pattern is mainly to hide the holes left behind when the screws securing hard panel camo are removed. |

Yeah, I myself can't wait either. Especially the G80 ///M3. Looking forward to the reveal.

Only the "removed grill" look of the GT3 is acceptable. Even the black horizontal grill on black still looks terrible. I could see the GT3 bumper blacked out looking good, maybe with the CTS aluminum grill guard inside there.

idk i still don't think I like it. that rear qrt shot looks good but then it hides the front so I still think its the front that's throwing it off for me.
Also no hood bulge? Sunroof? yuk (From M perspective)

Still think the frozen PB spy shots we've seen has been my favorite color for the new G80/82.
Just don't understand why the G80 couldn't have had more of a traditional look while keeping the G82 as the option for those who wanted to embrace the new grilles. Would be the best of both worlds IMO
