Finally in transit! Spent about 21 days at the port. Headed to the west coast.

Did you find out the name of the ship? I didn't hear back from my CA yet.

Genius confirmed I'm on Atlas Leader too. The screenshot shows estimated departure from the port was supposed to be 2/19 and estimated arrival at Port Hueneme was 3/19. Actual departure was 2/22 so that arrival likely slides to the 3/22 you were told.

Are you going to track it on MarineTraffic? I have been doing that for the ship my car is on...it is both fun and like watching paint dry...

I’m using vesselfinder.com. I watched it go to Belgium and the UK but there haven’t been any (free) updates since it started crossing the Atlantic, and I’m not paying to see it in the middle of the ocean. Should pick up again March 9-10 when it gets to Panama. I hope it doesn’t spend a week at anchor on the Atlantic side of the canal like the ship with my M440i last summer. It’s fun but yeah “watching paint dry” is a great analogy.

I am guilty of paying to watch the ship creep across the Atlantic - as this is my first time ordering a car, I felt like I had to do it. Next time, I hope I am able to sit patiently without a lot of updates

Just a lil update. Atlas Carrier is going through the Panama Canal. It should show up on webcam at the Miraflores locks very soon.

Glad to know I’m not the only person who watched the ship go through the Panama Canal on their webcams

Nice. I've having the M performance front lip installed at the port. Genius said departure from processing center to dealer may happen tomorrow.

The BMW Genius said that my car is scheduled to get picked up tomorrow. According to my Salesman, usually the shipments from the Port arrive early in the morning same day, since it's a little over an hour away from port to dealer. There's a chance I will take delivery tomorrow!
