I do, but it doesn't provide a very good representation. Brooklyn Grau has some very interesting Effekt particles in it (not good for a 360° avg). I'm going to try something else first (3d rendering using the color formulations and program BMW uses).

*EDIT*

It appears to be a gloss version of/similar to Cerium Grau.

hahahaha. Well said my friend.

My friend drives a 2011 S550 Benz and he was in Upstate NY in the stix and a bunch of kids were so happy to see his car. These forums are the furthest thing from a cross-section of reality.

Good info, and thanks.

I'll do one track day with DSC off, burn through the tires, and then swap them for PS4S. I can't do cup 2 with a 2.5 year old son. Everytime it rains is an adventure.

Sounds very similar to Donnington then if it has the gold/brown undertones of cerium but is more gloss? Or is it a lot more pronounced brown than Donnington?

Hopefully they will still have some form of Carbonstructure Anthracite Cloth for the upholstery once regular ordering is rolled out.

Just to give an idea of the "range" I'm filtering through, search C4 BMW paint codes beginning with C4A through C4W excluding C4O.

It is kinda played out since it's standard on AUDI's...

Still a beautiful color but not special anymore.

In this pic, it looks more like Space Gray..

Really interested in how Brooklyn Gray will look

These paints are too sophisticated for me to appreciate without actually seeing at least a real chip.

It's standard on Audi's, but I've run across 2 Nardo Audi's since I've owned my car. Even on an Audi Nardo isn't a color seen regularly enough to be played out.

The color is special to anybody not on this forum. I still get people pointing at my car, asking about the color, etc. It's not uncommon to have people standing around my car in mall parking lots. The forums would have us believing nearly ANY Individual color wasn't special. It's the nature of how forums create myopia.

I wouldn't say it's played out, but in Munich there's quite a few Nardo Grey (if that's the exact thing Audi is calling it) RSs (well and Skodas - they have a rather similar color called "steel grey" for their RS cars, but I don't think it is exactly the same one) rolling around.

Nardo is the only free paint color on any RS. They're plentiful.

Like I said, "I" don't see Nardo much at all around SoCal. I see Audi's galore, but I've only seen a few Nardo's on the road and surely not an abundance of Nardo BMW's.
