G87 M stripe shift boot

I know it's probably too soon to tell, but do you think the shift boot from the G87 will fit the G80 with a MT? I like the M color stitching and pattern more than the aftermarket ones I have seen.

I would think so, the center console piece looks identical to me.

On the F87, although the center console looked very similar to the F80/82, the brackets that attached to the console were different and wouldn't fit.

With that said, the one on the G87 looks identical to the G80/82 to me.
I'd be very surprised if it wouldn't fit.

I saw these, but prefer the more subtle look of the G87 stripes.

Thanks! Just ordered for my G80. According to the parts fiche (at least for the G80) this should be the boot + shift lever, correct?

Looks great! Mine comes tomorrow.

I remember removing the knob on my E46, and was warned there is a huge chance i'll punch myself in the head - I disregarded all warnings and ended up punching myself in the head.

This time, i'm gonna put on my full face motorcycle helmet before I yank the knob off!

Yeah, just pull out old knob, and replace. Super easy.
