2022 G82 vs Mclaren 720s who is king of the streets?

had a chance to race a McLaren 720s being stock i knew i would defeat the poorly, maybe even cheaply built McLaren 720s.

OP did 9.47 at 142 at a track, which likely was the best of a handful of passes (would be interesting to see the spread between the best and worst). A Plaid will do 9.30-9.40 on the street at 150+, back to back to back within a tenth.

Have you seen the g80 vs plaid on YouTube? If not give it a search… walked.

Maybe this guy doesn’t have as much done.. but he posts about have the fastest times and blah blah so maybe I’m basing this off his talk.

I stand corrected.. guy on Auto Glory was rocking 950 hp with a built engine.

already have done this, check out my YouTube I beat a red one at the track several times. plaid is just about as poorly built as the McLaren. this is the world's fastest M4.

plaid pretty good about consistency but battery power matters (anything less than 90% its start losing power.) and so does track condition. literally every year those batteries sit the become less powerful at holding a charge. plaid will only get slower as time goes on.

can you link it? i went to the channel and searched for 'tesla' and 'plaid' and didn't find anything.

i can't really tell anything from that video. no times or slips. like someone above said plaids usually run a 9.3 at 150+.

anything can happen on a head to head race though. sleeping at the tree. low charge on the tsla. wheelspin on the m3.
