Considering getting a 991.2 GT3 given the market has shifted a little and would need to give up the G80.

Payment is 1442.66 per month, 15,000 miles per year with 30 months left on the lease, and 39000 remaining (the car currently has around 6,000 miles)

The car does include BMW Ultimate Care which includes free replacement of specific wear-and-tear items such as brake pads, wiper blades, etc. It's valued at around $3499 (~$97/month). If you consider that against the payment, you're looking at $1345.66 for a 15K mile lease, and no money down on an xDrive M3. I think that is pretty good, but I could be wrong.

Full disclosure, there is a minor chip on the rear 1/4 that I was quoted $300 for repair, but I haven't gotten around to it.
