Service around Chicago
Does anyone have any preference for a particular service department around Chicago. I'm pretty close to Elmhurst, Laurel, and Bill Jacobs. I'm buying my car elsewhere, but I'd like to establish a relationship for service at one of these spots.

I’ve taken my car in for service twice at Bill Jacobs and dealt with Mo Ali both times. I now will exclusively have him handle my vehicle. Great guy and is honest. He gave me a $100 off for storing my summer wheels and tires in their facility too.

I took mine to Bill Jacobs as well but have only had the break-in service so far. They have a nice waiting area and I think a fairly large fleet of loaners if you ever need one. My service advisor was Dean.

Thanks everyone. Nobody has done service at Laurel in Westmont?

I live in NW suburbs and always make the drive out to Bill Jacobs. It is where I bought the vehicle and is easily the best dealer in the state including the quality / size of the facility

I know this thread is old, but I used to trek from the NW burbs to Bill Jacobs, too, when I had my E46 M3 (2007-2014). They were recommended by the dealership in Virginia where I picked up my CPO’d M3. I had a great experience with them and they were always helpful and fair. I just picked up a ‘23 M3 from Motorwerks in Barrington and will be taking it there for service, but wouldn’t hesitate taking it back to Bill Jacobs.
