I was so disgusted by the front fascia but I am slowly looking in this direction again...two of these bumpers would look great...if they do come to fruition, I might have to buy the G80.

All I have to say is that these "alternative" designs are in really bad taste. - this company smelled some blood in the water and went on with these terrible options to capitalize on the innocent souls!

I think the BMW new design is bold and aggressive. Can't wait for my '22 G82!

To me, this M8 grill looks fine enough from the front but unless they get creative, the grill won't really work in reality...

What do they plan to do with this area? The corners of the grill are in no-mans land and if you were to look at it from the 3/4 view they would not flow with the shape of the front clip unless they bend the grills to follow.

Exactly my concern as well. Let's see what they will come up with once they have the car 3d-scanned and can start modelling instead of some photoshop magic.

The red would be absolutely fantastic looking on the M3.. the M4 should have one of the yellows,

BMW... a swing and a miss!

Im not putting my money down and then replacing the front end.

In reality there's only very few members here that actually love it. Others just accept it or like it somewhat.
They are so stuck that they need to use the illusion that others love it as well to solidify their belief.
And somehow can't recognize legitimate critiques and the fact that they are the outliers as far as perception of a good looking design.

I haven't voted yet. Dunno if I will either - to me it's so vaguely worded that "do you like the design" could encompass or be referencing everything from the powertrain to interior to Bugs Bunny grill to whatever.

Overall, I primarily like the performance and interior. I like the general lines and the rear view. Not a huge fan of the front though - either the M440 or the M4. Still, I'll be ordering an M440 in the very near future, and will be keeping a close eye on the LCI M4.

I deleted my post, because I did not want to argue, but an M8 front end is not F&F, come on? This is a modification that could sway many potential customers, it is understated compared to OEM.

Thanks for this! From my personal perspective the red (yes, the oh-so-similar-to-the-M8-and-why-is-that-a-bad-thing one) is the holy grail but I don't thing the underlying structure of the front end would support that. I think the second yellow with the traditional 3 vents is very nice, but too much carbon fiber. Can anyone make those carbon portions body color?

That yellow front actually looks to good.

Car would have a base price of $100K

It looks better than a 911

I'm most curious about any improvement on steering feel

The M8 front end is waaaaay better than M4 front end (even if the new grills make the old ones dated in my opinion).
The point is that this kind of custom modification are not worthy of a car like this, it's not an old Civic c'mon.
