Ahh that would actually make sense then, I read somewhere that there could be a delay because not enough cars are leaving the production line and therefore it takes time for the "carriers" to be filled with cars!

My BMW M8 Gran Coupe is in Paint Booth expected completion Thur or Friday 12/17 .This was a week 50 car . The on line site jumped from production started to in the paint booth from yesterday to today after lingering for 3 weeks. Should deliver before end of January. Shipment expected between Xmas and New Years !!!

Hey All,

New to bimmerpost. Nice to meet you all. I'm a week 50 build (M3 Manual). Should be completed 12/20. It's currently in Paint Booth.

Just wondering if any of you are doing a Performance Center Delivery. At the moment, it's scheduled to ship to NJ. I'm considering doing it out of Spartanburg, SC. Do you know if this is possible even though the car is in production already?

Spoke to them yesterday and they showed it to be in QC too. Will try again later today or tomorrow for sure if tracker still showing QC.

I read people getting stop sales update even before the car left QC but also from other people saying they got stop sales update 10 days after arriving at the Bremerhaven port. Too soon to tell but fingers crossed.

For sure! We will have to arrange some kind of G80 meet up once our cars arrive. I know my wife and I will be heading to south OC cars and coffee fairly regularly in San Clemente!

It's still saying dispatched from factory.

Im not sure if I am week 50 or is there a week 51? I FINALLY went into production and got a VIN on Monday December 13th. I am wondering how long y'all saw it sit at 150 before you moved forward to next step?

I am still in Dispatched From Factory since Wednesday. Most of the timelines say 4 days to the port, but I have seen a few only took 1 day and others took up to 10 days.
