Some Sri Lankan beef kottu roti today. Generally pretty good, but sometimes they are heavy handed with the dried red pepper flakes which are annoying to eat since they remain dry. I've found the happy medium is to request a medium spice on it so that they don't go overboard with the flakes.

A deli near where I work has hot trays of rotating specials for lunch. One of the offerings today was stuffed zucchini, which they said was just like stuffed peppers. Being seriously restricted with carbs due to out-of-control blood sugar, the ground beef and whatever they stuffed it with (no rice) was delicious...and most importantly didn't raise my sugar at all. There are also stuffed squash recipes on the web.
Just mentioning this for anyone looking for a new recipe, because I had never seen or heard of it before today.....
