I must admit....since receiving my allocation/production number beginning of August, I check my status at MyBMW once a day, and call a rep at Genius once a week.

As of yesterday, I am still sitting at 112, week 37....

Lol..tell me about it. I think I need to take a "brake" from this forum lol. Sorry that was my attempt at a poor joke. I think I have spent so much time browsing this forum in between work stuff and sometimes even getting behind on work..lol. Anyways, I plan on checking mygarage in the evenings now and calling genius every Friday if nothing happens in the next week.

You know those BMW Genius guys have a record of every time we call. They have to laugh each time we call and read their logs from the previous Genius and think, "this person calls every single week!" I know I'm guilty of being "that guy" calling every week too! LOL.

For me, it's due to being in 150 for the last three weeks with a production date of 9/2/22. Yes, they have received a call from me each of the last three weeks.

Lol..I figured they are passing some notes as they come up with the build wk immediately. I also think they are chuckling behind the scenes about the number of people calling them reg this. If it wasnt for this forum, I wouldnt have know anything about these things. I'm coming from waiting 4 months for a M50 and cancelling that order and know a guy who has been scheduled for production for the M50 since Dec 2021 !!! Now you know why my anxiety is so high...lol

The day I first received my allocation, I called Genius and was told I was week 36 (so I started this Week 36 thread). A few days later when I called them again the rep told me I had been pushed back to week 37....

I got my allocation on 8/4 and was told Wk 36 and then the next wk, they said Wk 37 ( I had moon roof on my build and no wireless charging). Then I switched over the carbon roof and added wireless charging and my Wk changed back to Wk 36. Wondering how many of the wk 36 ppl have wireless charging. Im hoping thats not delaying the build.

Good point....I added Personal eSIM 5G the day I received my allocation and learning I'm week 36.....then two days later I'm week 37.

Went into production today. Starting to believe this car might actually get built.

Sad seeing week 38 go into 150 (8/9 allocation) and here I am still at 112 (8/3 allocation). I called my SA and he confirmed that I am still in 112 but says scheduled for WK36. All this time waiting for 150 made me change my paint color ahhhhh.

Finally Im in production !!! Ariboon I was in your same boat. It looks like even though I was stated to be wk 36, my prod date says 9/12/22 which is WK 37 which was the initial wk that was given. I was ready to change my paint color today and it finally came through. Its frustrating seeing everyone elses car going into production but hopefully your car isnt delayed by more than a wk like mine. Keep checking

I'm still in 112. Checked with Genius yesterday and confirmed 36 but I don't see how that will happen. I got my allocation mid-July and I've gone from week 31,32,35,36. 😤
