Yeah, we're gonna need more info. Did you get a production number? Did you order an individual paint? Did you spec out the parking assist package? Did you add Laser light? If you answered yes to any of the above, Lord have mercy on your soul.

These days the contenting of cars is mainly what people are shopping for since in many vehicles that is the only differentiator. I like that some may not understand the difference within the models of BMW.

Ordered Tanzanite/Orange with Premium/Advanced Driving Package and that includes plenty of tech so I might be in trouble……

They will still have a production number provided they actually were able to order the car. The SA may have no clue as dealer may not have an allocation to order the car.

If you start digging it will become apparent there is no rhyme or reason to delays in many cases, it happens to base cars and components too regardless of options chosen.
