unsolvable CEL code..

Hey so i been scratching my head trying to solve the mystery of whats wrong with my car..
i keep getting this code and there doesn’t seem to be any real info on it or anything.
Car has a rough idle. And this lean code that wont go away.. Drives fine but when i floor it ill get misfire codes. Originally HPFP was crashing on stock tune so i Replaced HPFP, and Spark plugs already.
Car is currently bolt on full e85 + pi stock turbos.
Thinking about going back to stock, but as for reference this lean code still happened when flashed back to 91 stage 2 ots.
Could it be a faulty injector? Bad 02s?
Any help is appreciated.

Who’s your tuner? Sounds like a question that’s probably best for him.

Smoke test it. There is air getting in somewhere.

Rough idle and a too lean code would most often be a vacuum leak. Pressure test the intake system, likely something loose there.

Don't you need an upgraded LPFP to run full E85 without PI though?

Forgot to mention i have upgraded LPFP. But im only running pi when im full e85, i flashed back to 91 stock tune and still have these codes.
yes i think i have vacuum leak or some leak somewhere.. i need to smoke test. Just was curious on input because when searching up codes some people say it’s injectors etc.

Smoke test for sure. Could be the o-rings aren't sealed/set on the injectors, could be a valve cover gasket, possibilities are endless

There are no MAF sensors for S58.

I’d start by checking and replacing primary and secondary O2 sensors - these are the only components that can affect air mass calculation directly as other parameters used for it are modelled.

Update:
Smoke tested car, no air leaks anywhere.
Ordered new upstream 02 sensor, will replace and see if that fixes issue.. fingers crossed.

Turner should be able to check your fuel pressure when logging. Definitely could just be a bad o2.

I will say that. If you are working with the tuner who is not able or is not helping you resolve this issue I would do following:

1. Change the tuner!

2. Redo-custom tune you may have with new tuner as I would lost trust in the quality of the tune provided to me.

Remember this forum is knowledge libriary :-) but only your tuner if professional should, has full understanding of what he did to you car vs observed simptoms …
If he really is not supporting you, we could all benefit from learning who is he/she/they ?

try to turn off your pi , and flash to one of the ots map , clear the code and drive it a bit see if any codes will show up again , if not then change your tuner
