What tires came equipped and how long did your tires last? Michelin PS4S,
Greetings guys and gals.
Question: How long did your tires last you? RWD or AWD? Just a curious question, I know responses will vary. I personally am almost at 15,000 miles with Michelin PS4S, and will try to take them up another few thousand miles before getting them swapped. |

RWD, Pirellis and I got 6k out of the rears before they were at the bars. I replaced them all with PS4S instead of just getting new rears
Tbh the PZeros were fine and in hindsight I should have just replaced the rear Pzeros. I noticed no appreciable difference in grip btw the 2 in agressive street driving. |

I wonder if xDrive car tires last longer.. I had Pirelli Cinturatos on my B8.5 S4 and they lasted me 25k miles

In my experience, it is all how you drive. My last 2 xDrive BMWs were not much better than the previous RWDs. Maybe because BMW xDrive is still more rear biased!

True, I didn't drive extremely aggressively, I did push them a little. It had 60 Rear and 40 Front split, maybe I just drive like grandpa

M4C with PS4S is too new to estimate. That said just changed all 4 Michelin PSS 255X35X19 & 275X35X19 on my Z4 M40i @ 16,500 miles.
Other rear tire was changed at a BMW store after a flat on the highway & a flat bed ride a few days before the rest.

Another anecdotal observation - the Pzeros were a little better at damping sharp impacts than the PS4S. |

P-Zero definitely has a more compliant ride… gives up a little in flat out grip. |

How on earth are so many people running through rears at 6k on the street? Is everyone doing jackrabbit starts and smashing the throttle around corners?
I did a canyon run last weekend and wasn't lacking for grip on the p zeros. Sounds like they're a good compromise of comfort and grip for daily driving duty. |
