Mod Shop Suggestions Around DMV
This is going to be my first M car and I am looking for a good shop around the DMV who can do exhaust / suspension mods for me whenever I get my car. Any suggestions?

Try either Aktiv Automotive or Fleming auto. Only two i've been to but there is one more in N Va. Seems to be pretty popular. Others will chime in and let you know.

Books Performance in Tysons is familiar with BMWs. Their owner, Ted Booker, is a great guy. Does good work at fair prices.
Induktion Motorsports outside of Baltimore is decent too. GT Peace in Chantilly is supposed to be good too but I've never dealt with them. I think they also focus on BMWs. |

I'm a big fan of RRT out in Dulles. They did work on my F30 and even my GT350. I'll be taking my M3 to them whenever I need something done.

Still in my F80, but I've had RRT do all my work, top notch and the guys are great. I've had them do my MPHAS + Corner balance, spacers, AA EL Midpipe, MP Carbon adds ons, etc etc. |
