Spacers on track days?

So I have yet to track my car since I haven’t even had it a week but I hope the day comes this summer. I am curious if folks remove their wheel spacers on track or just run how they showed up (with as popular as spacers seem to be on this forum)

I run them on track, granted I'm on a conservative setup: +12F +10R.
Haven't had any issues, nor do I expect any tbh.

I ran 3mm spacers in front for et14 to et11. No issues.

Nothing wrong with spacers on the track. Just check torque after every session as a safety measure, which is typical procedure for any track car with or without spacers.

To clarify, check the torque when the bolts and wheel hubs are cooled down. A hot wheel bolt needs less torque when it's hot compared to when it's cold. Rather than guessing on some conversion factor, just wait until they've cooled off.

The other potential downside of spacers from less than reputable sources is that they might come with lower quality wheel bolts or studs. Plenty of examples of them shearing off even with street use.

Thanks. Mine are coming from MAD so I feel good it’s not an eBay special. Thanks!
