It appears to be the opposite. They have standard and want carbon buckets

I’m in Virginia and an amputee. I have the orange and black carbon seats in my 2022 m3 comp. I am thinking about trading for standard seats because it’s hard to get out for me. Anyone interested? Would ventilation work in my car because the carbon seats don’t have it?

I have the Kyalami Orange ventilated seats w/ 1200 miles, if you're interested in trading.
Not sure on how you could get the ventilation to work on your car though...

Where are you located? I am interested and seeing if it could work.my car only has 1600 miles on it so we are close.

I'm in GA, but I can drive up if necessary.
IF you must have the ventilated seat function, you probably need the button assembly and some coding to make it work.
It will not be plug and play.
