8.96 with CS Flash

Also why are the dips on the speed graph in the middle of the 2nd run. Looks like, you could have gone even faster.

I noticed those dips too and then checked my logs to see if I have them and none of my runs show that. All of mine are smooth. Wonder if it was a change in the road or maybe a hesitation in the shifting from transmission.

Not sure... looks like elevation did not change at the spot the dip happens. Only possibility I can think of due to the road is if the road was not straight and OP actually was going through a fast turn... may be... but I doubt it.
Regarding shifting, if he was shifting manually with pedals may be he hit the rev limiter that can show as a dip as well. Hopefully OP can shed a light...

no both are stock no dahler tune yet i wanted a before and after run

im assuming its because i changed lanes maybe ? the two runs one has a 2.7 percent slope and the other has -0.25 slope

The second run is invalid you must have went under an underpass or something similar.

Give it another shot. I got 9.3 and 9.7 when stock

ya i will do the second run again im assuming i get around 9.4 cuz in the first run with 2.6 slope its 10.1 with correction tis mid 9s
