Curious if anyone is running DPs/Stage 2 tune but is running only a midpipe with stock muffler? On my old X3M I had a full exhaust with downpipes and it sounded great but there was a lot of drone. I'm thinking with just a midpipe and downpipes I should get good volume/some burble but not much drone. Also, is it safe to run the stock muffler with a burble tune? Been getting mixed opinions from my tuner and mechanic so curious what you guys think!

Yes, I would say most people are running that exact setup.

You can run a stage 2 map with a stock midpipe and muffler, but I recommend upgrading to a single midpipe for a cleaner sound and better air flow than stock.
