That SUCKS! If that happens to me I might just cancel and wait for the LCI. This is a second car for me and to get it in December just to sit in the garage until April/May doesn't make sense...

Man totally ruined my 4th of July weekend. I was status 112 waiting any day now to hit Production begins.

Only to get hit with a depression grenade Been waiting since Week 19 .. this f'n blows

It's crazy to think had I ordered an M4 , I'd be behind the wheel rn with carbon buckets

My opinion of the Geniuses are becoming less than favorable. It blows my mind on how confident they can be on this situation and yet far from the truth, when I spoke to them.

I haven’t been delayed yet, but I had two individuals assure me that I’d be fine (with a very small chance of experiencing a delay) with the carbon buckets and that BWM allocates parts such that if it’s on your alocated build, you should be fine. If you don’t have it on your build yet, then you can’t add it. To me, that makes sense, but apparently that’s not the case.

If only one or two people were getting delayed, I’d understand and believe them, but there’s a significant number of reports of people experiencing delays likely due to the buckets.

If the Genuises don’t know, then they need to say that. That’s not the experience I’ve gotten so far though.

yep, my order is m4 :v friend ordered m3 with buckets same day and dont get allocation because buckets :/

I just heard back from Genius (I emailed them). They claim my build date between 7/18 and 7/22. So, week 29. That would only be an additional week, but still 112, and I have been hurt before.

I am not moving threads until 150. Fingers crossed but losing hope.

Keep the faith , I got moved back to week 30

You & rest of the 29’ers should hit 150 by early next week.

There are two more confirmed members from week 28 that started production w/ buckets. So that’s good news
