I have before, which leads her to ask my mom who will then not so kindly remind me she has bought multiple horses for me as a child.

It’s not worth the lashing out from my mother. She’s a great kid. Much better than I ever was as a child. She’ll play with it, she makes straight As, it keeps her quiet, so why not.

Now, the boa constrictor she asked for was a hard no. She can cry all she wants. I don’t care if it was free.

Today was a good day because Kyle Rittenhouse....I mean, today was a good day because they finally poured the concrete floor for the garage we are having put on, and so far, it looks good.

I was a little concerned with the colder temps about pouring concrete, but they heated the water and based on some google searching, it should be fine.

So I'm pretty ecstatic about them finally doing that, now the rest is just enclosing which is not weather dependent...except apparently the garage doors might not be delivered till January. Very annoying that bit there. Especially since they were ordered two months ago.

But still - good progress!

It's very unhealthy, and so many people are sucked into it. Makes no sense. I literally do not want to expend any of my energy being angry. Keep the negative out and life is exponentially more rewarding, there's no replacement for peace, and many take that for granted.
