Mishap with brand new G82 M4 in Belgium

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Happened earlier this evening in Belgium. According to the newspaper this G82 M4 was 3 days old, the driver drove too fast in a corner, lost control, hit a garden fence and ended up against a house (source: here).

What a bummer. On the plus side, the front end looks slightly better.

No airbag deployment so doesn't seem like he was going very fast by the time he made contact.

Would that car be considered a total write off or is it repairable?

Best looking front end BMW has ever made. The sales of the series prove that.

Man, If this turns into another one of those good grill vs bad grill threads I may need to take a break from Bimmerpost.

Bummer the car went to waste…

I find it constantly amusing people have the actual time to peruse and comment on a car forum focusing on a car they don't own or intend to own. Trolling has become an art form in the internet age. Yet, again who has the time?

Unfortunate. If the insurance chooses to repair it, knowing myself I'd end up ordering a new car...terrible ocd.

I guess he wasn't a fan of the front bumper? Looks like the hood took a lot of the damage though.

We obviously don't build houses from bricks in Canada so it's interesting to see how much more damage this caused as you can see by the door how the wall completely shifted.
