They all seem so close, I feel like I probably would have been happy with any of the three. What about Pure Blue? Its right in there as well. That was also on my short list. On the configurator Voodoo looks a bunch lighter than Enzian, but in pics I've seen it seems like a vivid royal blue.
Exactly! The vivid quality of the voodoo blue is what keeps drawing me in. I think it matches closer to the blue I am wanting.

I'm going to go with Fiona red interior so I really want a punchy Spider-Man/Superman theme. This will be my second blue/red combo car and I miss my old one.

The way I see it, This M3 is pretty aggressive looking and already a stand out kind of car so why not turn the knob to eleven.

I'd love to see those in person as well, although it does seem that that group of similar colors is a few shades lighter. Not sure if they might be too light for me, but I think I thought they might have been. Maybe if I could see them in person I might think otherwise.
Mexico is much lighter. Here's Mexico, Voodoo and Aqua Blue.

Aww man. Now I like Aqua better than voodoo! Maybe "Pure Blue" might be a good compromise.

That top depiction of Mexico Blue is nothing close to what it looks like in real life. Fully agree with many others that these colors are difficult to capture correctly; your instinct to see them in person if possible is correct.

True, but having seen it in person it is definitely lighter and more sky bluish than the other two.

Agree. I would call Mexico Blue a light to medium blue - that is “bright.” Seeing it in person will convince you that it is truly difficult to photograph!

Seems to be the bane of all BMW colors except maybe white and black.

Yep! Right when I saw it I knew it was from seeing it in this thread. I was there in my speed yellow F80. Yes, always a huge turnout! Are you local?

Yea, I'm in Dayton also. I'll have to look for you at the next one assuming I'm off work. Their website and FB page is horrible for knowing when the events are. Apparently there was also the one down in West Chester at the same time.

Visualizer side by side comparison. Enzian from web just doesn't even come close you your color.

Visualizers are often off. Even building my Porsche I couldn't rely on Porsche's configurator. Python Green on the visualizer, for example, does not look like Python Green in the flesh.

Yea, like I mentioned in my video of it. I took a best guess as the color I was going to get in real life. Color definitely wasn't the same, but thankfully the real life color is even better.

I had seen LSB, so I made this comparison from the visualizer samples. I still want a LSB car. Maybe the LCI if I'm lucky. Unless I have enough money saved for an M8 by then...

That Enzian blue and your specific spec looks absolutely beautiful. Just a bummer that it's so darn expensive to get a color off the standard palate!

Was at the dealership today checking on my allocation and doing a couple of other things and saw this car come in. I can confirm that it is gorgeous, pictures just don't do it justice.

Same to you and anytime, I find it interesting that I had the same issue with my F80 and they still haven't changed it. Almost like they want to just make us pay for the BMW branded ones.

I'll let you know when I get mine and we can do a photo shoot, hopefully it isn't too long.

I'm getting San Marino Blue which is very close to MBB so I guess I tend to that spectrum however, after seeing his Enzian I would say that it is a more "special" color and with MBB being a standard option on the M5 it makes Enzian even more rare.

I've wanted a SMB for so long that I'm just committed at this point but if I wasn't hung up on that (and there wasn't already an Ezian in my town) I would probably get the Enzian. I really like how all the carbon bits and trim stands out nicely whereas on darker colors they blend in more.

So long story short Enzian > MBB in my opinion. I just can't do it because he already did
