I'm in tune with you on this, and look forward to your driving review.

This is a big selling point for me. I can have a nice daily that my family doesn't hate riding in and a sports car, all in one.

I'm not disagreeing with you!

But I know some members here might be turned off by that.

I still think, 4-door wise, the M3 is the best bang for the buck. Maybe if Porsche made a smaller version of the Panamera, we'd all be singing a different tune.
The S4 is slower than a 340i/C43 and sounds worse. To put it in a sentence with C63, M3 is not right. And they have RS5 sportback , which is basically a M4 GC if BMW made one.

Right, but no direct M3 competitor, which an RS4 would be.

Are the weights being quoted acurate? Seems a little hard to believe the car is 500 lbs heavier...

How is it working with Larry? I've enjoyed his YouTube tutorials and information, seems like a pretty genuine guy.

He is! As passionate about detailing off camera as on. I often shoot at the garage with all kinds of weird things, but I was happy to help him get an M3 in the shop (he's a Porsche guy).

This is the most accurate video that shows TR in various different lights.

Not usually a fan of red BMWs but TR is such a great match for the G80.

If it helps, here is a totally untouched shot of the car. Larry has pure white lighting that reveals paint imperfections, but it daylight the color might appear more orange.

Hasn't it already been debunked the car isn't going to weigh 4k lbs? I thought it was somewhere around 3,750 for rwd

Lou didn't know yet, so I could only go by what I saw online. But even the guys at the Performance Center thought the weight was around there when I spoke to them about the car.

I had a TR red on order and changed it to Fire Orange. It looks washed out at night and under overcast skies. For a normal car it's fine but I think the G80 deserves better.

Blue cars, ugh.

I'm not getting PB, least it look like a 330. I'm not to keen on Tanzanite because it doesn't pop enough. So then it's between asking for Interlagos Blue to honor my E92, or Isle of Man green because I can't help but love that color on this car. But yea, a blue car might not be in my future.
