Interior color opinions for Daytona beach blue or voodoo blue

I’m considering getting either Voodoo Blue or Daytona Beach Blue when my G80 allocation finally comes… but I’m not sure what color interior I want.

I don’t think I want white or silverstone because I think it’ll be harder to keep clean (I’ll be daily driving the car).
I definitely don’t want black or brown because I don’t think they’ll feel special enough… (I want it to feel special every time I get into the car.)

I’m leaning towards Fiona red because the red from the tail lights and calipers could tie it together, but would the red clash too much?

I’m worried the Fjord blue will be too much blue all over and it’ll be darker, which might look strange…
Yas Marina blue probably does not match the paint and if it’s off that may look weird…
The Kyalami orange I’m hesitant about too…

I’d like opinions on what looks best of those, and if possible some pics to show both the seats and one of the blue colors in one picture.

Thanks in advance

I would have said Fiona or Kyalami would contrast nicely with the blue. Voodoo looks amazing!

Love Kyalami in mine, definitely feels special, and not a colour you get in a regular 3 series!

Kylami would look great with blue.
I still think Fjord would blend nicely too.

If you want to feel special every time you get into the car, go with ivory or Silverstone. Ceramic coat the leather the day you get the car and dedicate an hour every month to do an interior clean and detail.

Just do it!!

Ivory is on stop sale. Ask me how I know.

Don't worry about getting it dirty. My G80 will be my daily driver and I'm going to ceramic coat it. I've had a long line of very light interiors going back to 2005 including Oyster Nappa in my F10.....when I had 2 little kids. Just got my wife's Cayenne with Chalk seats. It's not as bad as you think. Coat it, get the right cleaners, and stay on top of it and you'll be fine.

I'd go Silverstone or Fiona, if you are brave enough. Fiona especially with Voodoo, it's got more red in it. Daytona / Porsche Riviera is lighter, less saturated and I think the Red might be pushing it.

I wouldn't go Fjord on either. Two mismatched mid-tone blues not a good look.

Personally I'd go with Voodoo Blue and Silverstone. Reminds me of this Arrow Blue / Chalk CXX special GT3 I saw at Porsche North Houston. It was literally breathtaking sitting on the service drive. An absolutely stunning (and stunningly expensive I bet) build.

I would step back and ask what color combo looks the best to your eye rather than trying to get something unique or different. To me, Fiona and Fjord would clash really badly with either Daytona Beach or Voodoo.

Personally, I would go with Ivory or Silverstone. It's leather, not fabric, and so hopefully shouldn't be as hard to keep clean as you might fear.

I also wouldn't shy away from Black just because it might not feel special. Remember, it's an M3, not like an 340i or a Camry. It's going to be special no matter what.

I would go with a neutral interior color like silverstone or black so it doesn’t clash with the paint too much. I have silverstone buckets in my daily and I don’t think it’s hard to maintain at all. I wipe them down once in a while before they get dirty, and they look as good as new.

My buddy has a voodoo/fiona G80 and it looks amazing. I, personally, love the superman combo. Although if I were personally going with a lighter blue individual, I would opt for YMB interior (only if it had buckets). I love blue/blue, but blue/red is amazing as well.

not sure light blue would go well with a dark red interior. I'd go either silverstone, kyalami or black.

Black with full blue contrast stitching? Not sure what blue's are approved for G8x interiors but Polar Blue would probably match pretty well.

Other than that, full kyalami would be my "stock" choice.

My vote would be black.
Reality is, a number of the color options would look great. I had Silverstone selected for my build, I really like the way it looks. I ended up changing my mind and switching to black at the last minute. Looks so clean and sporty.

I wish I had the option to get voodoo blue. I love that color and to me that exterior color is very unique and doesn't require the interior to be unique too. Might be too much going on. I would do black or Silverstone

Thanks for the replys, I still don’t want black… it’s just not special, and I really do want it to feel special inside and out.
I think I’m going to see if/when the white will be available. That is best looking and after hearing that it really isn’t difficult to keep clean, it seems like a no brainer.

Yeesh, not a fan. Too much bright on bright. There is a lot of yellow in the Kyalami and its clashing with the red tones in the Voodoo, IMO.

If you want to go BOLD, I'd go Fiona. Otherwise for contrast without the "in your face-ness" stick with SS or Ivory.
