If I lived in NY I would own a 4x4 only! lol.

I did a mild drop and just barely scrape my low profile driveway entrance with my lightweight front lip. Sounds like yours is much steeper so I dunno if I would do it.

You could tap something that is 1" thickness to your lip and see if it clears. If you are a dirty smoker, perhaps a empty pack of smokes. Just painter tape it to your lip and pull and in and out and see if its touches. Or whatever you might have laying around.

Max front and I still have about 10mm left in the rear.

Hmmm this a great idea. I spent a couple of hours measuring ground clearance, calculating sidewalk height, slope distance and slope angle when I could've done this….lol thanks

Ha! I've been wondering the same - what's the best way to measure if I can get over the local speed tables near my house

Simple but genius!

Just installed MSS springs and 15mm spacers to my G83. Sits about perfect for me. Much more aggressive stance.

Looks amazing. My drive way is so steep I just clear it with the stock setup so I think front lips and lowering kits are not in my future I was thinking about the KW kit which allows you to adjust front/rear/both electronically but dang it's expensive.

I bought a Bridgit and it helped tremendously. I should of had one long time ago.

Just recently fitted the updated lower kit. Rides very well. Glad they made things right after the debacle with the early kit. Excellent quality and ride in fairness

I'm Full max low on the front which is manageable with speed bumps and car park ramps. Any lower and it would be a pain in the arse

Im glad MSS did the right thing and fixed their kit; looks much better now.

I'm sure customers are more confident buying from a brand that stands behind their products.

concur with MSS and despite some early on height issues, their product has been great on this platform. The rear springs plus the "true" helper springs *yes they are functional* makes the price point worth it.

Did you use the new springs and seat with the MSS kit or just the seat to make it go lower?

After the springs have settled I'm hearing creaking/clunking noises. Turned out the spring is rubbing against itself. You can see the missing paint where it's making contact. This is on both sides. The noise has been driving me nuts.

What is causing that, sitting to low?

Maybe bad springs?

Not sitting low at all. I still have 10mm of threads left. Check pic.

I am on the new front springs and believe the MSS seat but adding Ben to confirm - no noises whatsoever here and this is the same set I had on my RWD G80 so its been installed and uninstalled as well.
