Thank you again for your patience and understanding this isn't something us nor MHC could see coming so sorry again for any inconvenience.
My 2022 G83’s fit for the spoiler was perfect!m.
Everybody who’s seen it, just loves it.

Yep 2022 are free and clear, there seems to have been some adjustment made to the roof mechanism either 2023 or 2024. That spoiler doesn't fit on my stock 2024.

However, my SA informed me they perhaps have a solution for me when I take it in for break-in service tomorrow.

I'll update here with what I find.

Please let us know how you get on and if BMW make any adjustments also what they say about it. Would be interesting to hear as we are speaking to lots of dealers our side.

I’m here now and he put it as a check on my order. I’m pretty skeptical however as I already talked to the shop foreman a couple weeks earlier who gave me a pretty direct “nope” but perhaps they found something or someone changed someone’s mind… lol

I finally got my MY24 G83 in for my break-in service yesterday. My service department simply refused to try an adjustment, not wanting to take the responsibility for something going wrong. I'm very disappointed in them. So now I'm going to talk to a mechanic who's worked on my out-of-warranty Porsches and BMWs. He may have some ideas and will certainly be less timid. I'd very much like to find a solution.

Bad news for me as well. Though my dealer's service dept did actually attempt to make some adjustments, they came to the conclusion that it couldn't be done without affecting both the panel gap alignment as well as the water seals for the roof mechanism. They claimed they adjusted it as much as they could, but it's still hitting the spoiler a noticeable amount.

Unfortunate and I'll probably have it removed, but at least they gave it an effort.

Definitely looking forward to hearing about any lower-profile, newer molds for the G83 spoiler options. Thanks R44Zach for your help as well.

Well, today was my spoiler day. Tried and failed with both a mechanic and a body shop. We certainly tried to make it work, but I don't think there's a solution for MY24s with the current product.
