Genius has nothing for me except saying I've been at port since 5/9 so that's even worse than what I got from mygarage.

Wow, that's really harsh. Doesn't make any sense at all. My car (same model and color btw) was built 5 weeks after yours. It got to port on June 16, and was loaded onto the Goliath Leader a few days ago.
My car is also bound for Colorado (Schomp).
There must be some way to find out what's going on. Your car must be lost somewhere or it's just a logistical cluster.
This is the longest I have seen anyone wait at port. Maybe try making some noise with BMWNA?

I'm pretty sure his car is not lost. There were 5 of us that got to port on May 9 through 11 and must have been temporarily held some where else, we have all had the same exact movement and delays. Dealership can only find out so much info, hopefully the group of us will be on the Capricornus leader this coming week. You just got extremely lucky to get on a ship so soon.

Dang, I'm going to Schomp as well! Or at least I hope it starts going that direction this week. Congrats to you man, at least you know once you're on a boat you got about a month to go.

I spoke with BMW NA this morning, a bit more info but still no real good news. My car left factory 5/9 and likely went to some holding area like some of us have been thinking. It is at port of exit since 6/25 so maybe it will get on a ship soon but they really have no idea or ETA or any way to push it along. I'm going to post the upcoming ship schedules I could find to CA in the west coast thread.

How long did My Garage show "dispatched from factory" for you? Even if "at the port" wasn't exactly a port of exit for you, it sounds like "at the port" shows up for ppl whenever and wherever they end up after the train ride from the factory.
