We have all options in stock except the AWD xDrive kit as the adapter assembly tool is still blocked by BMW for ordering at this time. That's the only difference between the RWD and AWD kit, and some customers have found it wasn't required for installation.

How much does it cost on average to have this installed? I ask because I have a car in 150 status being built right now. I'm still trying to decide if it's worth getting added at the VPC for $2,800 or just purchase this and find someone to install. I'm curious if I would save money with the latter option.

I have a 2023 G80 Xdrive comp

Installation can vary greatly from dealer to dealer - we'd recommend contacting your local dealership for a quote to see what it's going to cost in your area. The installation instructions linked in the item's description on our site approximate 8 hours - not including coding/adjustment/alignment.
