As far as I know only the rear was revised. Checked some part numbers and the fronts stayed the same.

Looks like just revised the specs only for the fronts.

13H22 is a HAS rear spring (might be referring to this post, there was a typo in the part number), not V3/V4 coilovers. This was related to a a HAS issue on M3 models which was already corrected a few months ago back in September by KW.

Spacers were never needed for those running V3 or V4 coilover setups (which have a completely different spring coupled with a helper), nor have any revisions been needed.
