As scary as it sounds, based on calling around to dealerships on the east coast, thats the lowest ADM i'm hearing at the moment.

Most dealers are asking $75k ADM or higher. Everything lower than that, has been spoken for. Whether those buyers actually close the deal at those prices, that remains to be seen.
