Will do, over on the thread titled “Charleston Stop Sale Experience “. General expectation is 3 weeks, once the stop sales case closes. YMMV, given it has to transit from NJ to the Performance Center.

Out of curiosity, cars for most forum members taking PCD are shipped to Charleston for a short train ride to Greer VPC. How did your car end up landing in NJ (such that it has a longer ride on a truck to SC, only for you to drive it back to NY)?

You're right behind tmilnthorp and me. We're doing PCD, and our cars got checked in to Greer VPC last Friday (and RAM cases opened this past Monday). Were you on the Olympian Highway that docked in Charleston November 2, or another vessel?

No I was Splendid Ace that docked in NJ on Nov 8th.

If would be great if you guys can post when you get your reservations for PCD. I'm not sure how backed-up they are and if December timetable is realistic.

I unloaded in Charleston yesterday. I'll be contacted once vehicle is released from the VPC for a date. I know that the PC is usually closed the last week of December—wouldn't be surprised if PC deliveries are pushed into 2022.

I still would like to know what this fix entails. Some people have said it's the amplifier that needs to be added others say it's a software thing. If it's a software thing, why would it have not been done at the factory or even at the dealership. Not good clarity on this specific fix.

Ok. Well I'm on the software fix side. Seems like that would be the quicker fix. And odd that a software fix would hold the car up.

Ya, not sure. Genius confirmed car was in NJ VPC with stop sale for RAM.

I have a bunch of M Performance parts getting installed but that shouldn't really matter. Charleston VPC should be able to easily handle that.

Since I am in week 42 and my car is on the ship being delivered to America, Brunswick specifically this Thursday I am anxiously watching this thread to see when you guys get your cars. I’m really hoping the wait times aren’t like what the other guys went through last month.

Thanks for clarifying that, I'm on the software side as well at the NJ VPC. Someone at G20 forums called that code (0065600300) an "Amplifier retrofit" as opposed to RAM (received audio module?), but they seem as confused as us.

I was hoping my car would arrive at the dealership today, but it's still showing at the port on the tracker. Is there anybody at the Brunswick port who's showing in transit, or is everyone else still at the port?

There's a RAM (Receiver Audio Module) and an amplifier/booster.
AFAIK, no confirmation so far whether the 'amplifier retrofit' is a S/W update or an actual H/W installation.

Mine is still 'at the port'.
ETA was pushed from 11/14 to 11/16 according to my CA.

Honestly, as busy as my next 2 weeks are going to be with family, travel, thanksgiving, I’d rather have the car show up first week of a December. Lol
