I am getting an error when trying to access My Garage. I keep getting...
{"error": "invalid request", "error description": "Parameter
authorization is missing"}
I called BMW Genius and he said it's been down a couple of weeks.
Not sure if that's the case, or he's just giving me the blow off.
Is anyone else having difficulty?

Yeah, seems to be a on/off thing on their side. Sometimes I can get in, and some days with no luck at all. I understand your frustration man.

They are blowing smoke, it has its issues but never for 2 weeks straight. I just logged in and it is working just fine. Try a different device or browser and see if you get the same error.

I have the same issue on the computer (Windows10) but I am able to access from my iPhone. It has been like that for a few days.

try logging out of mybmw, then going directly to mygarage.bmwusa.com and entering in your credentials.

If that doesn't work then try doing it in incognito mode.

BMW Garage definitely doesn't like Microsoft Edge.
I've had no problems accessing it through Safari om my iPhone.

I cant access it on windows 10 chrome but I can via edge on the same desktop ...

You need to clear application storage cache. This error is due to cookies or local storage being out of sync with the MyBMW servers. In Chrome, I go to DevTools > Application > Storage > Clear site data. Works like a charm.
