Lol I bought these ramps and they were awesome and the second I put front springs on they are unusable lol. Pretty sure theres other brands though that are good for lowered cars, but I think they are expensive compared to what these were, like 50 bucks?

Yea they’re around that price. If you have a decent low profile Jack I saw some guy say he jacks up his car first, turns the ramps facing away from the car, and lowers the car onto them. The low profile ramps I’ve seen cost a pretty penny.

That's what I was afraid of. I saw these at HF and figured they wouldn't work on a lowered car but they didn't list the angle. Thanks for saving me a few bucks.

I have QuickJacks but they don't fit the G80. Im going to get the QuickJack 6000ELX so I don't want to buy Race Ramps.

Anyone have good recommendations for cheap low profile ramps just to do a skid plate and lip on a lowered car?

Completely agree! You go resonated or non-resonated?

Got the grill on. Still unsure about it. I may prefer the stock one.

You should do the mesh inserts, it makes a huge difference in the way it looks. Some may disagree and I removed mone and instantly regretted it.

On the quickjacks, i’m pretty sure you can just get the 6000ELX frames for like $450 and use your existing pump.

I opted out of the skid plate because they all are the lowest point on the car and lower than the front lip. My car is lowered too. I ended up getting the zunsport guard which is plenty stiff to block rocks, it’s the only one thats not a low point to catch a driveway curb. 15 minutes with a jack, or pull the car up on a curb. You don’t need much.

When my car was still at the dealer I installed that shiftknob. Been running it since my E92 M3 days. Can’t stand the stock shifter.

I go back and forth on changing the grill from stock. It doesn’t look bad that’s for sure, but does it look better than stock? Subjective. Which brand is this?

NWCarbon Haus. Great quality. Can reuse entire original comp badge and no foam trimming required. Highly recommended.

Here is another shot of the grill and I ended up using loctite and also gorilla tape around edges after a piece of wood from a logging truck hit one of the inserts and knocked it out. It may be a little extreme but I wasn't taking that bumper off again. 😅

Before I took delivery of my car, I was set on getting the carbon grilles.. Now that i've had the car for a few months, the stock grilles grew on me... It seems like that style has too much of an 'airy' look. My prefered style is with the 3 horizontal slats instead of the one on top and one in the middle look.

But I would be happy with any of those tbh... see if they grow on you and if not, just swap em out and sell the carbon ones

Yeah, I was flip flopping between the two (with the CSL-style never really being a contender) and decided on this one. I'm the OEM+ type and this is definitely more on the aggressive side. I'm going to keep it on but am wondering if I should have just gone with the other one (three-slat). It is what it is...not gonna sweat the small stuff...

Is this the three slat one that you’re referring to? Grill
