M. Browns G80 Build Thread

Figured I'd just start a thread as I plan to keep this thing around for a little while. Took delivery of the car about 2 weeks. The day after getting it home, we sent the ECU off to begin the tuning process. Received it back within 5 days and started tweaking for 93 octane.

While tuning on 93 octane, I went ahead and grabbed a set of H&R springs and Burger 13/15 combination spacers until I can decide what wheels I want on the car.

After we finished tuning 93 octane, I went ahead and got our flex fuel kit installed. We're currently dialing it in. Once I decide on what wheels I want to throw on the car, i'll throw a set of tires on it as traction is now an issue from a dig on the street.

We have an awesome drag pack in the works for anyone serious about drag racing these cars that we hope to share soon. On the way home from the flex/spring install, I have a scale by the shop and decided to pull on real quick.

This pig weighs in at 4,180 with me in it (260lb). Car has carbon bucket seats. Steel brakes. Carbon roof.

Below are some photos I snapped this afternoon. Look forward to modding this thing more and pushing the platform. We currently hold the G80/G82 and X3M World Record with some customer cars. So if anyone has any questions, feel free to reach out!
