$80k for 2021 Loaded Comp M4?

Am considering a '21 Comp that's basically fully loaded. $99k msrp with 20k miles.

Price is $80k. Is that fair in todays market? I haven't purchase a car since 2020.

Should I wait and grab a less loaded XDrive? I don't need XDrive but assume the future value would be higher than a RWD?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like a fair price but unless you want all those options get a 23 for $5-$7k more.

Also have to think about the wait, want or need the car now vs. waiting months or a year plus. But its possible there are more new M4's available than M3's
