"Dionysos Leader" headed to Port Hueneme (ETA 2/18)
Starting a thread specifically for the West Coast folks headed to Port Hueneme on the Dionysos Leader. I noticed that there seems to be a mix of W1-W3 prod cars on this boat, so it will be nice to have a place where we can all obsessively share our thoughts and builds.
Ship is estimated to arrive at Port Hueneme on 2/17. My spec:

Ya, I was checking out the vessel tracking maps and noticed the exact moment the vessel was at the gates and then I went to the Panama Canal live cam website and snapped those right on time! So cool to be able to see it pass there and know all of our babies are in there! Soooo close!!!

Love this thread! I am also on Dionysos Leader anxiously awaiting port arrival on 2/18 before it gets loaded up onto a truck and sent to me in SLC, UT.
Question for the group... is anyone else doing exterior/interior carbon ceramic coating? BMW San Fran is supposed to be doing this for me before they send it out to me. Wondering if this is a good or bad idea. I want to have some protection against rock chips and I'm worried getting a coat is either not going to protect enough from rock chips and/or prevent me from being able to PPF it later. Here's my spec: M3 C xDrive - Brooklyn Grey Metallic - Black Extended Merino Leather - 826M Bicolor w/red calipers - Executive Package - Drivers Assistance Package - Parking Assistance Package - Carbon Fiber Trim - Front Vent Seats - Icon Laserlights |

Thanks, yeah that's what I was worried about. Has anyone done just a ceramic coating and noticed any level of protection with rock ships? From the online research I've done it seems to be minimal at best.

Also made some fun gifs of our Dionysos Leader going through the Pedro Miguel and Miraflores Locks in the canal for anyone that missed it or watched the very slow process IRL.

I believe that's the arrival date in Long Beach, but I saw today there was an update with the schedule, and it looks like we are arriving at Port Hueneme 1 day early (on 2/17).

Hmm, looks like there might've been a schedule change. Fleetmon is now showing that the ship's next destination is San Diego instead of Long Beach, might see a slight delay?

Looks like it's headed directly to Port Hueneme (USNTD) instead of stopping by Long Beach first! Praying that our cars get there tomorrow!
