I went into the dealer in June. Got on a list, gave a deposit. Waited until December to get my allotment. Then was scheduled for week 5 and bumped to week 13. Trust me, it suck, but it will be worth the wait.

My dealer called me out of the blue to inform me that they closed the factory for a week due to the Russian / Ukraine war but production should be starting back up and I'm still scheduled for week 13. Who knows what's really happening.. nothing is real until my car shows up. lol

I would expect it to be an ongoing situation and they're very much playing it by ear. I guess it's all dependent on how quickly they can source bits and logistics.
My guess is that by Thursday, you'll hear that production is running back up or it'll be shut for another week.

All the reports I've read indicate it's going to be a one week suspension (with the Oxford Mini plant shutting for two weeks, but they were already disrupted by chip shortages and a separate bottle neck). NY Times reported an auto-supplies expert as estimating it'll take the German industry as a whole 2 weeks or so to redirect wire harness supply chains. It just depends then on what sort of production capacity they can return to this month. Keeping up with higher-demand models like the 330e (Audi have already suspended orders of their hybrids) is probably going to be more of an issue than the halo-model builds.

My CA just notified me that I was moved from week 12 to 13. I was originally scheduled for week 9 before the war broke out. I'm now scheduled to take delivery on April 11. No need to ship the car on a boat since I'm taking delivery of my car here in Germany (US Spec).
