Picked up my alpine G82 x drive in saturday, loving it so far and putting in those miles to get the break in service done. Can't wait to lower and add spacers!

Huge congrats! I saw it there Saturday morning. I went to see the Chalk on the main level. They had a white one (yours it seems!) and a red M4 (the Ferrari red, whatever that is called) on the lower level. They also had a blue convertible sold, I think it was outside.

When I reached out previously about an M3, the $5K could be used for things like PPF or parts. Last week when I was working to order an M4, I pushed them on the $5K and they wouldn't budge. I was also told they are no longer doing the PPF/parts deal (as the logistics were challenging) so it's just a straight markup now.

I think when I ordered mine, they had (3) M4 allocations available. Probably caught them at a good time where they were willing to release one at MSRP. I would never pay over MSRP for any car (and I already feel nuts for wanting to buy an M car that might be worth half in 3-4 years).

Also glad you got your new M4 in! Barring more unforeseen world events, you could have it in 3 months or so. I very much believe mine was on track for that schedule before the war started.

Hey everyone! New to the forum, but not new to Denver.

I’m in the process of ordering a X3, just a daily driver to get into the BMW world.

I’ve got a relationship with a SA at Downtown Denver, but does anyone know if other dealerships are getting cars quicker?

Also - torn on the wheels. I love the look of the 20s, but is that going to kill me in snow? Very new to this space…

It's not so much that they are 20's as it is what type of tire it is and what width the tire is. If it's a standard X3, I'm assuming they are all seasons, in which case you'll probably be ok, unless deep snow. If those 20's come with sport summer tires you will struggle when cold and in wet conditions during the winter.

I myself don't drive summer tires in cold wet conditions during the winter.

It is a standard X3, but with the m package so the 20s do have performance tires. Could always put AS on them, but just not sure if I like the rims the 20s to deal with that right away.

a X3 "M sport" should be easy to get.
These M4 and M3 are super rare. They don't seem to get many allocations.

Finally lowered the g82, looks a lot better with less wheel gap. Have BMS spacers all around and just waiting for a few more carbon bits to come in and it'll surely be one BAD MF

Also the new project gamma front grill looks amazing

Have a car being delivered to Downtown Denver next week. They are offering to do ceramic tint, but the CA seemed a little skeptical on if I should get it done there.

Has anyone had it done there? If not, any suggestions of where to get tint done in Denver?

I'd skip the dealer and just go somewhere else.

RM Windowtint redid the fronts on my Macan (they are a challenging install and the PPF place I used didn't do a great job) and they turned out really well. They're a Llumar Select Pro dealer, which means they carry Formula One Pinnacle which is probably what you want.

Some people like Xpel tint, but IMHO it's way too blue and gets hazy in direct sun.
