Debating Alpine White or Skyscraper Grey

Can’t decide between these two colors. Definitely going with Fiona red interior.

I like both... obviously I'm a bit more biased towards SG as one of the pics up there is of my car

but I'm a big AW fan, too. I know this didn't help, but I feel if you want a sportier color scheme, AW is the way to go.

I think darker colors look better on the G80

Pro tip on white G8x cars… the color helps in highlighting how wide the rear ends are, especially the G80.

You can’t go wrong with either but I think SG on Fiona is a great combo, muted exterior with an interior that pops. The metallic paint shows the contours in the bodywork better than a flat color would.

I went with AW however, since I liked the contrast between the white paint and carbon fiber/gloss black pieces. It’s also the sportier looking color of the two.

I ordered Skyscraper on the M4. Detailing is a hobby of mine. The grey is better obviously for maintaining and not noticing surface contamination.

The white also looks good on the car. I think the black wheels on the Alpine looks great. The 825M bicolor wheels look amazing- like a timeless performance machine. The only color that is seriously a rare taste is that Isle of Man.

I’m biased. 9 days in and am still loving SSG over full KO. Either AW or SSG will be beautiful and pics don’t do either of them true justice. Enjoy whichever you pick!

We have an AW X3, BGM X3 M40i and our M4 is SGM. I like the AW very well and considered buying a G83 that was in stock, but it didn’t show the body lines as well as SGM. I chose to order SGM instead and 3 months later it arrived. It was worth the wait for me. AW looks nice, but SGM is another level for me. Owning multiple white cars is no issue for me as I owned 3 white cars a couple years ago. SGM looks better in person than in pictures also. AW looks generally more true to color in pictures. It’s always best if you can see one in person and then make the decision. I was lucky enough to find both in my area.

Either choice would be good with Fiona but you're going to love SSG. Like liquid silver in bright sun, gorgeous medium gray with blue undertones in the shade.

AW. if you go grey, we all know BG is the best grey

I actually started my build AW and switched to BG at last moment. SS is just blah to me. BG FTW!

Thanks! The semi-transparency works for me. It’s 35%, lowest legal in NC.

My dealer has this skyscraper one available. The client ended up backing out. I think it’s a boring color. But to each their own.
